Richard Tucker Mr. Richard Lee Tucker, Sr., age 68, of 1718 Valley Ridge Road, died Sunday, June 5, 2011, at his residence. Mr. Tucker was born July 6, 1942 in Covington, the son of the late Wallace Aubrey Tucker and Loretta Offenbacker Tucker. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, June 9, 2011, from the Chapel of Loving Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at Loving Funeral Home.
