                Mrs. Barbara Jane Offenbacker Bess, age 64, of Low Moor, died Friday, September 9, 2011, at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany. 

                Mrs. Bess was born January 2, 1947 in Alleghany County.

                A private funeral service was held today, Saturday, September 10, 2011, at Sunrise Cemetery.
